5. Cancellations and Refunds

5.2 Deposits are refundable, subject to a 20% handling fee for parts purchased.
5.3 If we are unable to complete the work due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund any deposit paid.
5.4 Refunds for completed work will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our discretion.
6. Liability and Guarantees
6.1 Workmanship Guarantee: We guarantee that all work performed by our technicians will be carried out with reasonable care and skill. If you experience any issues with the workmanship within 12 Months of the service, we will rectify the problem free of charge.
6.2 Parts Guarantee: We provide a 12 months guarantee on all parts supplied and fitted by us. If a part fails within this period due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it free of charge.
6.3 Limitations: Our guarantees do not cover:
- Wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage to parts or your vehicle.
- Issues arising from pre-existing conditions or modifications not carried out by us.
- Failure to follow our recommended maintenance schedules.
6.4 Liability Limit: Our liability for any loss or damage arising from our services, including any breach of these guarantees, is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for any consequential losses, indirect losses, or loss of profits.
